Z Cucina Adds Second Location at Bridge Park in Dublin

As Bridge Park moves further along in development, more and more tenants will be filing into the project’s office, retail and restaurant spaces. Their latest: Z Cucina di Spirito. The Grandview restaurant known for its traditional and modern Italian cuisine will open its Dublin location in spring 2018.

The addition follows the Bridge Park trend of bringing the city’s favorite local spots into one location. Z Cucina will join other local businesses Fado Irish Pub, Cap City Fine Diner and Fukuryu Ramen, among others to be announced.

“With Z Cucina opening at Bridge Park, we’ve added a new, great central Ohio favorite to Dublin for residents and the surrounding community to enjoy,” said Crawford Hoying President Brent Crawford in a press release.

Z Cucina’s menu offers a variety of appetizers, salads, grilled flatbread pizzas, housemade pastas and entrees. The restaurant has a scratch kitchen, where they make their own ricotta and mozzarella cheeses, sausage, breads and desserts. It also features a full bar with a focus on wine from regions of Italy, Spain, France, Australia and the U.S.

“My goal is to make Z Cucina at Bridge Park a place where the community can connect over great cuisine alongside great people,” said Rick Ziliak, owner of Z Cucina, in a statement. “We’re excited to add to the flavor and ambiance of Bridge Park and Dublin.”

Z Cucina will be located at 6584 Riverside Drive.
