“I did yoga and visited BrewDog in Canal Winchester in the past,” says yoga enthusiast Barb Morrison. “It was very chill. I was surprised there were so many vegetarian options on their menu.”
“We are hoping to have this monthly,” says Robyn Adler Storer, also of Kula Yoga and Wellness.
Of course, one should have a healthy relationship with alcohol and yoga; some should avoid alcohol for a variety of yogic reasons. BrewDog has pioneered many low or NA beers including the famous “Nanny State” brew for years and also offers a variety of non-alcoholic beverages.
Many people use yoga to maintain sobriety, and in Columbus studios including Ashtanga Yoga Columbus, GoYoga, and Modo Yoga sometimes hold AA meetings and other events to help individuals and affected families deal with addiction issues.
