A groundbreaking was scheduled for today for the third and final phase of 25 Jeffrey Park, the high-end condominium project nestled within the larger Jeffrey Park development in Italian Village.
Mulberry Design + Build is the developer and general contractor.
When we last checked in on the project, a model unit had just opened, and interest from potential buyers was high, according to Chad Seiber of Mulberry.
The seven new three-bedroom units and four new two-bedrooms, which are expected to be delivered by summer of 2018, all offer attached garages, outdoor balconies and rooftop terraces with views of Italian Village and Downtown. Prices will range from $450,000 to $750,000 for the townhomes, which are between 1,500 and 2,400 square feet.
Residents of 25 Jeffrey Park are offered special rates to the pool and fitness center that sit just to the north.
