The drink-while-you-grocery-shop trend shows no sign of slowing, and Weiland’s Market is the latest to jump on board. Thanks to legislation that was passed last November, customers can now enjoy wine and beer by the glass on-premises within the store.

“Clintonville residents overwhelmingly approved on-premise consumption at Weiland’s on the November ballot,” said store owner Jennifer Williams. “The new by-the-glass offerings complement Weiland’s extensive beer and wine selections, consistently voted among the best in the city in reader polls.”

Weiland’s has even retrofitted shopping carts with cup holders to make the experience easier. The store will feature weekly rotations of white and red wine selections and eight craft beers on tap. The drinks will be available from 11am to close every day the store is open.
