“Had a great 13+ year run. The landlord is working with a new prospective tenant for 2019,” an associate with the restaurant said in a message. “The owner’s been in the restaurant business for 27 years. He has decided that it’s time for a new chapter in his life.”

King Avenue 5 first opened up in 2005 and has since been a destination for sports fans.
