“Our 25th Silver Anniversary Gala honors a quarter of a century of the King Arts Complex, in the community,” said Mark Corna, King Arts Complex Board of Trustees President. “It is a time to recall the memories of yesterday, celebrate the joys of today, and look forward to the hopes and dreams of tomorrow.”

Over 1,200 guests are expected to attend, and the event will raise an estimated $200,000 to support the organization’s performing arts and educational programs.

The gala will feature dancing, a silent auction, food from local catering businesses and a performance by headliner Eddie Levert of the O’Jays.

The 25th Silver Anniversary Gala takes place on Saturday, May 19th from 8pm to 1am at the King Arts Complex, located at 867 Mt. Vernon Avenue. For more information, or to purchase tickets, visit www.TheKingArtsComplex.com.
