The final five tenants for Cameron Mitchell’s Budd Dairy Food Hall have been announced. Representing a variety of cuisines, Boni: Filipino Street Food, Cousins Maine Lobster, Pokebap, Stauf’s Coffee Roasters and Tacos Rudos will join the food incubator in Italian Village at 1086 N. Fourth St.
“These chef partners are going to bring an amazing diversity of food to Budd Dairy Food Hall,” said Steve Weis, VP of development at Cameron Mitchell Restaurants. “This effort is an exciting marriage between two of Columbus’ strengths: food and entrepreneurship.”
Budd Dairy will be the second location for Boni: Filipino Street Food, which also operates full-service Bonifacio in Fifth by Northwest. Boni will focus on a menu of rice bowls topped with meats and veggies, fried spring rolls and grilled skewers.
Cousins Maine Lobster will make it permanent at Budd Dairy, going from food truck to brick-and-mortar. The eatery serves up lobster in a variety of presentations, from the classic lobster roll, to lobster grilled cheese, lobster tots and more.
Pokebap will also add its second Central Ohio location at Budd Dairy. The Dublin-based restaurant will bring its menu of create-your-own poke bowls that can be customized to any taste or diet to the food incubator.
Central Ohioans will likely recognize Budd Dairy’s coffee purveyor. Stauf’s will join the line up offering speciality coffees, tea and pastries. Stauf’s also operates in the North Market and the Columbus Idea Foundry, and recently opened a location in Victorian Village in addition to its Grandview, German Village and View on Grant coffee shops.
Rounding out the new lineup is Tacos Rudos, presenting its first Columbus location. Tacos, street corn and more will be on the menu at the Lucha Libra inspired concept.
The new partners join four previously announced concepts: Alphabetical Comfort Kitchen, Borgata, Darista and Modern Southern Table. Budd Dairy Food Hall is slated to open in early 2020.
