This Gentle class uses evidence-based Hatha Yoga designed to address the symptoms and root causes of back pain. Props are used to help support a student in a pose so that proper alignment can be maintained. The focus of the class is on relaxing and decompressing the spinal muscles while strengthening the core muscles to support improved alignment of the spine.
