    Valet Parking Regulations to be Reconsidered

    Restaurants’ valet zones to get second look

    Looking for a parking meter near your favorite Short North or Downtown restaurant? Even if you find one, you might have to pay a valet to park your car. Sound crazy? Maybe, but as diners, restaurant owners and valet companies fight over the issue, the city is still talking about how to regulate these so-called valet zones. “We expect to see an updated policy this summer,” said Mike Brown, the city’s urban ventures coordinator.
