The Urban Living Tour — typically hosted the first Sunday in May — is being postponed for a later date sometime this summer. The tour event was launched by Columbus Underground in 2014 as a way to showcase new apartments, condos and homes in the central neighborhoods and suburbs of Columbus.

Over 4,000 attendees have participated in the tour since its inception, with annual attendance growing to over 800 during the 2019 edition of the event. Nearly 20 percent of surveyed attendees stated that the tour directly contributed to their decision-making process for choosing their next apartment or home, making the event an important part of the urban real estate landscape.

While the event itself has been postponed, virtual options for browsing apartments and homes has been expanded with the relaunch of the Urban Living website. New property listings can be found there, along with contact information for virtual tours, with more properties expecting to be added in the coming weeks.

A new date for the 2020 Urban Living Tour will be announced as soon as Ohio’s “stay at home” order has been lifted and tour-goers can have a safe and enjoyable experience at a later date this summer.

Over a dozen apartment and real estate properties have already committed to the 2020 edition of the event. If you are a leasing agent or real estate professional that would like to take part in this year’s event, please contact [email protected] for more details.
