    Urban Living Tour Adds More Stops for May 17 Event

    Looking for a new apartment, condo or home this year? Then kickstart your search in style with the return of our Urban Living Tour on Sunday, May 17th from 9am to 3pm! Over 35 stops will be on this installment of the home tour event series, which will include brand new apartment buildings still under construction, fully finished condos that are move-in ready, fixer-upper homes in need of some TLC, and plenty of amenity stops to welcome you into the urban neighborhoods of the central city.

    We’re pleased to announce several new additions to the tour today. New residential stops include Aston Place in Victorian village and Vetro Lofts in Italian Village. New amenity tour stops include The Chintz Room, the Art of Yoga, Milestone 229, TITLE Boxing Club – Grandview, Hofbrauhaus, Giant Eagle Market District Grandview Yard, Blake Rose Salon and the Central Ohio Transit Authority.

    Previously announced residential tour stops include 250 High, Jeffrey Park, Harrison Park, Pullman Way at Grandview Yard, The View on Fifth, LC RiverSouth, The Fireproof Building, Flats on Vine, Flats II, Apartments at The Yard, The Keystone Building, The Atlas Building, Highpoint on Columbus Commons, Grant Park, Grant Commons, The Julian, two City of Columbus Land Bank properties, and development from The Lykens Companies. Previously announced lifestyle and restaurant stops include King Business Interiors, Fortner Fine Living, The Hills Market, Dr. James Ford, DDS, Glass Axis, Goodale Pro Hardware, and Global Gifts.

    Attendees on the Urban Living Tour who check in at multiple locations during the tour and get their map/passport stamped will be eligible to enter a grand prize package from King Business Interiors that includes two designer lounge chairs!

    New to the tour in 2015 is an official after-party component, presented by Wagenbrenner Development. All ticket holders to the Urban Living Tour will be invited to end the day’s event at Jeffrey Park in Italian Village with local beer from Seventh Son, Hoof Hearted and Land Grant, live music and food trucks.

    Tickets to the tour are $20 in advance, or $25 day-of at either of the check-in locations: King Business Interiors (175 South Third Street at Columbus Commons) or Grandview Yard (corner of Burr Ave & Yard Street). Yay Bikes members can enjoy a $5 discount on tour tickets. 10% of all ticket sales will be donated to Faith Mission and their programs to help the homeless and others in need.
