    Urban Living Site Relaunched

The Columbus Underground Urban Living website debuted a refreshed look today, undergoing its first major visual overhaul since launching in 2012. The site was created to provide an easy-to-use service for locals looking for a new home, apartment or condo in Columbus’ central neighborhoods and suburbs.

With an influx of new apartment buildings and a real estate market that remains one of the hottest in the United States, the timing was ripe for a website redesign and overhaul. The new look is more simplified and streamlined for desktop users and is now 100% mobile-friendly, a drastic improvement from the original site.

Basic listings on the Urban Living site are free, offering local property owners and real estate developers an easy alternative to get their products in front of prospective renters and buyers. Premium listings are also offered for those who want to stand out with more advanced offerings, while 100% of the proceeds of those accounts go toward funding local journalism here at Columbus Underground.

Nearly 100 apartment communities and real estate listings are active at the time of launch today, with dozens more expected to be added in the coming weeks, so be sure to check back often if you’re searching for a new place to live.

Additionally, the 2020 Urban Living Tour event — which typically takes place the first Sunday in May — has been postponed until after Ohio’s “stay at home” order has been lifted and tour-goers can have a safe and enjoyable experience at a later date this summer.
