“As promised, we have a ‘Best-in-Class’ butcher shop joining the North Market,” said North Market Executive Director Rick Harrison Wolfe. “Top quality fresh meats is paramount to a public market. The Schuman brothers’ history, knowledge and passion for butchering and the finest quality meats is inspiring. These gentlemen are the real deal.”

The Schumans are third generation butchers who got their start in their grandfather and father’s business, Schuman’s Meats. The new North Market business will sell a wide variety of high quality fresh cut meats, as well as prepared “ready to cook” items including meatloaf, kebobs, sausages and deli meats.

“My brother and I are honored to be joining the North Market merchant family,” said Robert Schuman. “Our goal is to provide our customers with unparalleled service and we will offer only the freshest quality meats. We want our guests to feel good about serving our top quality products to their friends and families.”

Two Brothers Butcher Shoppe is slated to open on October 1st.
