True Food Kitchen will open its first Ohio restaurant next month at 4052 Worth Ave. as a part of the $500 million Easton expansion.

On Wednesday, April 8, the eatery will debut its menu of seasonally-inspired, healthy-dining eats. The True Food Kitchen lineup spans starters, soups and salads, to pizzas, bowls, burgers and sandwiches. Entrees include signature dishes like the Spaghetti Squash Casserole with crushed tomatoes, caramelized onion, zucchini and fresh mozzarella, or the Grass-Fed Steak Tacos with tomatillo avocado salsa, pickled jicama, dried sweet corn, coconut lime crema and anasazi beans. Many of the menu items are also vegan, vegetarian or gluten-free.

There’s brunch on Saturdays and Sundays, with a menu that combines juices, smoothies and breakfast favorites, with other lunch and dinner menu staples.

True Food Kitchen also features an extensive cocktail and beverage list. On the non-boozy side, there’s a Hangover RX and Kale Aid, on the boozy side there’s a Citrus Skinny Margarita, Pom Collins and more. The bar will offer beer and wine, too.

The Easton restaurant will seat 159, with covered patio seating that can accommodate an additional 58 guests.

It’s the latest in a string of openings for the Easton expansion, which has included The Beeline, Forbidden RootIvan Kane’s Forty Deuce, RH Gallery, and Arhaus Furniture. Several more debuts are in line for 2020, with Pins Mechanical Co., Crimson, Dragon Donuts, Slurping Turtle and the Aloft Hotel all slated to open this year.

True Food Kitchen will be open Monday – Thursday from 11 a.m. – 9 p.m., Friday from 11 a.m. – 10 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. – 10 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. – 9 p.m. Brunch will be served from 10 a.m. -3 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
