It’s a pile of gooey (but not sticky!) vanilla bean cream with a marshmallow consistency sandwiched between two baked to golden perfection oatmeal cookies. The cookie is about 3 and a half inches round and an inch high, so it’s a good size. Co-owner Kelly Fankhauser shared that the cream is based on a 70 year old family recipe.

    Kittie’s Cakes is located in German Village at 495 South 3rd Street, Columbus, Ohio 43215. Hours are Wednesday–Friday 11:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturday–Sunday 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. 614.754.8828. Find them online at kittiescakes.com.
