The Columbus Landmarks Foundation will hold a walking tour of Merion Village this weekend. The walk will take place from 2 to 4 p.m. on Sept. 28. The tour begins at the Merion Village Information Center, 1330 South Fourth Street.

Bob Leighty, president of the Merion Village Association, said he plans on leading the tour. He said part of the event is still being finalized but he expects the tour will last two hours and include six stops.

“There’s been no formal theme established; essentially it is an opportunity to expose folks to some of our landmarks and walk down some of our very pleasant streets and parks,” Leighty said.
