Reynoldsburg-based food truck Tortilla has opened a taco-slinging outpost at Columbus State Community College.

The truck marks Tortilla’s second permanent vendor location. Their first, at Columbus Commons, opened this spring in a space formerly occupied by Mikey’s Late Night Slice. The mobile operation has recently made appearances at the Commons Food Truck Fest, Columbus Underground’s Best Bites: Tacos, Beer Fest at the LC Pavilion, and, most recently, the Upper Arlington Labor Day Arts Festival.

“We have been received really well all over Columbus and are ecstatic about our new move to Columbus State Community College,” said Tortilla founder Walter Eguez. “Serving the staff and students at CSCC gives us an even better feel for the pulse of the great city of Columbus. We couldn’t be happier about this new journey, and look forward to seeing what will come next.”

The quick-service Mexican food truck serves make-your-own burritos, tortas, salad bowls, quesadillas, nachos, and more. Gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options are all available.

    Tortilla will be open Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
