In the end, there can be only one establishment at the top of our list of best restaurants in Columbus. While our city is filled with a lot of great places to eat, our readers and editors compile their favorite picks and one only can land in the first place spot.
This year, that designation goes to newcomer Service Bar, which has been open just over a year as of the time of this poll. This restaurant and bar — housed within the Middle West Spirits distillery — has impressed local diners with it’s playful menu that reimagines classic Americana dishes from a fine dining perspective. Our readers and editors also singled out Service Bar’s chef Avishar Barua as the top of his category in this year’s Best Restaurants in Columbus poll.
