Central Ohio is filled with locally made products. Local consumers have their choice of local food items, soaps, health products and more, right along side the national name brands. Many of these products don’t have a specific store of their own, so they need to be sought out in grocery stores, specialty shops, or online.
When we asked our readers and contributors to help selected the best local products of the year, this year they tapped Snowville Creamery for the top of the list. While the farm is technically located in southeastern Ohio near Athens, Snowville’s products have become a staple Ohio product on many grocery store shelves throughout Columbus. That includes not only their line of milks, creams and yogurts, but also their new seasonal Spice Nog that you might have spotted at a holiday party or two this year.
