There’s a lot of great local companies in Central Ohio that may not be as visible to the public without a brick and mortar destination, but having a retail store doesn’t always make sense for every business model. Case in point: OH! Chips, this year’s #1 locally made product. A potato-chip centric restaurant doesn’t sound too viable, so instead you can find their products located inside grocery stores, cafes and on the menus at other local restaurants.
Having launched from a burger-centric food truck just a few short years ago, OH! Chips has taken on a life of its own with artisan production now spanning flavors like Spicy Pickle and Roasted Garlic Parmesan. The business was born out of ECDI’s Food Fort and now has products in retail outlets all across the state, from Cleveland to Cincinnati.
