Whether you’re looking for something fun to do on a weekend, or entertaining guests from out of town, you’ll want to arrive at a destination that keeps you busy and offers a wide variety of things to do. Once again, our readers and judges selected the Short North as the city’s top destination to visit, offering the best in local food, entertainment, shopping and people-watching.
While the Short North certainly has its current headaches related to a wave of ongoing construction, the neighborhood has seen a lot of positive activity throughout 2017. Just a few of the new restaurants, bars and boutiques include Madison-USA, Branch, Two Truths, Short North Deli, Tastings and Hai Poke. And of course, there’s a lot more on the way to the neighborhood in 2018 as construction wraps up on some of the major development projects.
