Columbus is a city with a solid (and growing) list of arts and culture institutions that includes a range of museums, art collections and other cultural hubs. And for the third year in a row, our readers and contributors have selected the Columbus Museum of Art as the number one space in the city to connect with the arts. The CMA completed a major renovation project toward the end of 2015, making 2016 its first full year in its new skin. This year included several new exhibitions large and small, featuring work from Pablo Picasso and Melvin Edwards. And don’t forget to stop by the Schokko Art Cafe, which CU food critic Miriam Bowers Abbott turned in an official writeup on earlier this year.
