It’s summertime again and that means the outdoor movie schedule is getting started. This summer has a great range of family friendly movies, movies perfect for date nights, movies to go watch with a group of friends, and more. The Topiary Park celebrates the 25th anniversary of The Shawshank Redemption. The Gateway is also showing movies celebrating milestone anniversaries. Land Grant has a regular outdoor movie schedule showing a fun range of movies. Have fun watching a movie outside in Columbus!

Don’t forget the traditional Drive-In, at South Drive-in Theater at 3050 S. High St. The original way to watch an outdoor movie! Admission is $9.50 per ages 12 and up (Fridays, Saturdays, Holiday Eves), $7.50 per ages 12 and up (Sunday through Thursday) $2 for ages 5 to 11 every night, and ages 4 and under are free. Movies usually change on Fridays.

Studio 35, the Grandview Theatre and Drafthouse, Gateway Film Center, and the Drexel are all showing Kids Movies this summer. You can also catch cartoons and more during CAPA’s Summer Movie Series at the Ohio Theatre.
