Third & Hollywood Patio Coming This Summer

After much demand, popular eatery Third & Hollywood has announced that they will be introducing a new 35-person patio space at their Grandview location. The new area is designed to be intimate yet accessible, an extension of what has always been a trademark of the restaurant’s ambiance – a modern spin on old-world glamour geared toward both the comfortable and the adventurous.

The patio space will have large windows that open onto the bar, an expanded area playing host to both indoor and outdoor seating. The space will be furnished in a combination of teak and artisan concrete from Dayton designed by Andrew Rosenthal of architecture and design firm GRA+D. The courtyard structure itself, which encloses the seating and several ornate planters, will be made of steel and brick, and a point of pride will be the soaring roof that covers the car valet area, constructed from copper and reclaimed river-bottom Pine.

Anticipation and excitement are high about this latest addition as it promises to take an already sought-after spot and turn it into truly the place to be , our own little slice of the Hollywood lifestyle.
