2020 has been a very difficult year for local bars, but there has been a few silver linings. Changes to Ohio liquor laws (temporary at first, and now permanent) allow bars to sell cocktails-to-go for both carry out and delivery, and patio expansion into streets has allowed safer outdoor patronage during the pandemic.
