With construction in full swing at Bridge Park in Dublin, developer Crawford Hoying is ready to start announcing new retail tenants that will be filling in some of the spaces upon completion. The first dining tenant is The RAM Restaurant & Brewery, a Seattle-based concept that is expanding to Central Ohio.
“Bridge Park is a logical and prime location to continue to grow our business and provide our tradition for quality food and handcrafted beers to residents and visitors alike,” said The RAM CEO Jeff Iverson.
The RAM will occupy 8,500 square feet of restaurant space, out of the 115,000 square feet of space available at Bridge Park. The restaurant will also include an outdoor space for patio seating. The location will be one of two in the Central Ohio market, as The RAM is working toward opening a Short North location at Second and High Streets.
Additionally, Bridge Park has announced today that Mesh Fitness will be opening a facility this fall.
More restaurant announcements are expected in the near future for Bridge Park, with a capacity to add many more to the new development.
“You’re going to be walkable to 15 or 20 new restaurants — a five minute walk — from the core of the development,” said Crawford Hoying Principal Bob Hoying during a recent interview with Columbus Underground.
