An accomplished attorney and 35-year resident of Central Ohio, Republican mayoral candidate Bill Todd is seeking to change how the city of Columbus fights crime, provides public services and runs its public schools.
“Columbus is not as dynamic and vital a community as it seemed to be 30 years ago,” Todd said from his Downtown office, where he practices with the law firm of Benesch, Friedlander, Coplan & Aronoff. “In reality, [what a mayor does] probably has more impact on someone’s daily life than national issues do.”
Alive asked Todd about numerous issues facing young professionals in Columbus. Here’s what he had to say.
