Urban winery Camelot Cellars will officially relaunch its restaurant space in March with a rebrand that that will turn the focus toward Italian cuisine. The restaurant, dubbed “The Osteria,” is a partnership between Camelot owner Janine Aquino and Ed Bisconti of Borgata Pizza Café.

“As the Camelot brand expands and has its wines in over 200 stores throughout Ohio, it was time to take on a partner for the food side, so I could focus more on production, customer focused wine-making classes and private parties,” stated Aquino.

Camelot relocated to Olde Towne East in 2016 after closing the Short North store at 985 N. High St.

The new menu debuting next month will feature authentic Italian dishes paired with locally made wines. Seasonal wine pairing dinners and pasta making classes are also planned for the future.

The Osteria will soft open on February 1 with a grand opening planned sometime in march.
