After being closed since mid-March, diners can once again get their Dirty Frank’s fix come June 1. The hot dog joint will keep things to-go only and ask customers to use the online ordering system as much as possible. The restaurant is also debuting a new special – the Wiener Box combo with hot dogs (beef, veggie or vegan) from the offered menu and choice of tots or fries.
Dough Mama Cafe & Bakery
Re-Opening for Delivery and Carryout May 21

You can once again get your Dough Mama fix (to-go) starting on May 21. The Clintonville spot will roll with carryout for a few weeks as they make plans for dine-in. More details are to come regarding sanitation practices and safety guidelines as the bakery gets closer to re-opening.

Coffee shop Fox in the Snow has re-opened the (carryout) doors to its Italian Village and New Albany locations. Mobile ordering is now available for same-day pickup seven days a week.

Harvest recently re-opened for carryout, but will hold off on a dine-in date. Patrons can get their pizza fix, plus a lineup of beer, wine and cocktails.
Hot Chicken Takeover – Clintonville
Re-Opening for Carryout May 18

Hot Chicken Takeover will kick off its gradual re-opening with its Clintonville location. The chicken joint will open its pick-up window, and offer carryout and curbside pickup. HCT has used the closure to make a few tweaks to its menu. All sides will now be offered a la carte and a new thigh-only meal makes its debut. Finally, the vegan house-made seitan ‘Not Chicken’ is now only available on Mondays. HCT plans to open its three additional locations (North Market, Easton and in Cleveland) in the coming months.
The Lox Bagel Shop

Middle West Spirits Service Bar

Service Bar expects to remain to-go only for some time. The distillery and bottle shop will continue to operate at full capacity producing both spirits and hand sanitizer, and the Service bar will continue to expand its carryout dining options over the next few months.

Columbusites will welcome Pistacia Vera’s German Village location back into their lives come June 1. It will be a carryout only affair, with curbside pickup and online ordering available. Guests will be asked to wear masks.

Diners can continue to get The Refectory experience at home as the fine-dining restaurant will keep on with carryout, offering home dinners and beer, wine or cocktails. The Refectory is also offering exclusive live-streamed dinner music events and virtual wine tastings. The restaurant says to watch its social media pages and website for a re-opening date.
Speck Italian Eatery

Closing in the early days after the dine-in shutdown, Speck will re-open as a carryout only operation on June 3. The restaurant’s plan is to offer carryout for the first week and then determine if/how they will open the following week for dine-in customers.

Stauf’s Coffee Roasters will continue to keep Columbus caffeinated with to-go orders only for now. The roaster strives to make as touch-less an experience as possible, with online ordering available for the Grandview and German Village locations. In a social media post, the brewery said, “All things considered, our current operations have yielded enough success that we will continue to make them our primary focus until we feel that our team is able to safely implement the necessary procedures to welcome guests back through our doors.”
