    Central Ohio’s nine Local Cantinas (Grandview, Gahanna, Clintonville, Westerville, Hilliard, Dublin, Brewery District, Grove City, Short North) will open their patios. The taco joints will not be taking reservations, and in compliance with state guidelines, no parties of 10 or more will be accepted. However, $2 Taco Tuesday remains! (Updated 5/18/2020 to reflect decision to not re-open indoors spaces on May 21.)

    Local Roots

    Hours: Patio 4 – 9 p.m.; curbside carryout 11 a.m. – 9 p.m.

    Local Roots will re-open both of its patios on May 15. The restaurant will offer call-ahead seating, and give an estimated time for when a customer’s table will be ready. Dining time will also be limited to one and a half hours. Curbside carryout will continue to be available.

    Hours: Currently 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.; Staring May 21 10:30 a.m. – 7 p.m.

    After being closed for the duration of the stay at home order, Downtown salad spot Market 65 will welcome patio patrons on May 15 and return to indoor dining May 21.

    Marshall’s Restaurant and Bar

    For those ready for a dine-in experience, Marshall’s will open up to patio and indoor dining. For those not ready to dine out, the bar will continue to offer curbside and pickup options. They plan to keep diners safe with changes like servers wearing masks and nixing community condiments.

    Nocterra Brewing Company

    41 Depot St. – Powell
    Hours: Monday to Wednesday 2 – 10 p.m.; Thursday to Saturday 11:30 a.m. – 10 p.m.; Sunday 11:30 a.m – 8 p.m.

    Beers can now be drunk at Nocterra’s taproom in Powell – and there’s a new food truck to enjoy! It’s 21+ only for now, and face masks are required to enter the brewery or beer garden – even for carryout – but can be removed when guests are safely seated at their tables.

    Northstar Cafe

    Northstar Cafe has been offering curbside pickup and delivery from its four Central Ohio locations (Short North, Clintonville, Easton and Westerville), but will once again welcome dine-in patrons in the coming days.

    Oddfellow’s Liquor Bar

    Socially-distanced guests can sip beers on The Ohio Taproom’s patio on May 15 and indoors May 21. Guests are encouraged to wear masks, as will staff, and the bar will continue to make adjustments as needed to keep staff and guests safe.

    Olde Towne Tavern has kept Olde Towne East fed with carryout during the coronavirus, but the neighborhood spot will re-open its patio and dining room to customers in the coming days. Call ahead seating is available and customers will be contacted when their table is ready. (Customers are not allowed to wait inside the restaurant or on the patio for a table.)

    Closing in the early days of the pandemic, One Line Coffee will re-open for to-go orders on May 15, but has no plans for dine-in at the moment. Masks are required for One Line crew and guests. Guests are encouraged to use online ordering to further limit contact and employees will help direct traffic in and out of the coffee shops.

    Random Precision re-opens its taproom for indoors imbibing. Masks are not required by recommended and the brewery asks patrons to observe social distancing measures like no standing unless ordering or headed to the bathroom and not congregating.

    ROOH will move from carryout dining to indoor service on May 21. Reservations are recommended and the restaurant has implemented changes like no-touch menus available through a QR code on a guest’s phone.
