The Big TableĀ® is a day of community building through conversations designed to connect and inspire central Ohio! Through open, thoughtful conversations, we will spark new relationships and new ways for working together by deepening our understanding of each other and what our community needs.

Past Big Table hosts, community partners, and local artists helped kick off The Big Table sign ups with a Kickoff Party on July 10, where artists unveiled what coming together as a community means to them by creating “The Big Tablecloths.”

Any and all are welcome and encouraged to host or join a Big Table conversation! There are two ways to participate:

    1. Host a Conversation. Serving as a host for The Big Table is easy and rewarding! Learn everything you need to know about hosting in the Host Guidebook. Sign up to host here.
    2. Join a Public Conversation. Companies and organizations around the city are hosting Big Tables and they welcome you to join their conversations. If youā€™re interested in connecting with new people, sign up to participate in a conversation at the Columbus Metropolitan Library, Jeniā€™s Scoop Shops, and more! Sign up to participate here.

There are upcoming Big Table information sessions for those who are interested in learning more. Learn more and sign up.
