The Big Give 2020 Has Arrived

The fifth installment of The Big Give has officially arrived in Central Ohio, providing local and regional nonprofits with financial support from the community in a very substantive way. During the 25 hour period between 10am on June 10 and 11am on June 11, donations can be made to over 1,100 nonprofit organizations through The Columbus Foundation’s website, which are amplified with a record-setting $1.5 million bonus pool of funds contributed by local companies and foundations.

The timing of this year’s event is particularly impactful, as many types of nonprofit organizations have struggled during the Coronavirus epidemic, and donations are more meaningful than ever.

If you’re not sure which nonprofit(s) you want to support, you can browse by category to find an organization that fits your passion for giving:

Another new feature this year is a live dashboard that will keep locals updated on the total number of donations in real time with breakdowns by categories, counties and organizations.

The minimum donation is $20 and all credit card fees are being processed by The Columbus Foundation so that 100% of your donation goes directly to the nonprofit of your choice.

Since 2011, The Big Give has raised and leveraged over $52.2 million for Central Ohio nonprofit organizations.
