According to this article from yesterday’s This Week News, the recently demolished Kingsdale Shoping Center in Upper Arlington has been approved for four additional liquor licenses under a new “Community Entertainment District” designation. The plan was approved to attract restaurants to the newly redeveloped shopping center which is scheduled for reopening sometime in early 2010.
Out with the old before it’s in with the new in Upper Arlington this week, as the Kingsdale Shopping Center gets a major face lift. Demolition has begun, some stores untouched, others on their way down – like the former Steinmart. Demolition photos below.
