Located on the east side of downtown Columbus, the district is home to four institutions of higher education (Capital University School of Law, Columbus College of Art & Design, Columbus State Community College, and Franklin University), as well as the Columbus Metropolitan Library, the Columbus Museum of Art, and Kelton House Museum and Garden.
