In celebration of CAPA’s 50th anniversary, this year’s Summer Movie Series will open with admission for 50 cents during opening weekend, June 14 through June 16, 2019.
Additional special partnerships include Library Card day for the Cartoon Capers program on Saturday, July 27. Anyone showing a Columbus Metropolitan Library card (or any other card from another system) will receive up to four free admissions for that show.
Both Sunday feature-length screenings at 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. will show film, video, and animation shorts from CCAD student filmmakers in celebration of CCAD’s 140th anniversary and CAPA’s 50th.
Jaws hits the screen on July 12 on Fright Night Friday with Fritz the Nite Owl.
