    Ohio can only enter an economic revival by refusing to be deterred by financial obstacles and by immediately reforming its out-of-date educational system, Gov. Ted Strickland said Monday in trying to rally support for his ambitious educational agenda. Strickland used lofty rhetoric and historical images to sell his education plan to a gathering of the influential Columbus Metropolitan Club – and to the skeptical Republican-controlled Senate preparing to take up his proposal.
