Stauf’s, the original high-quality coffeehouse in central Columbus, began responding to the challenge several years ago when it and its sister Cup o’ Joe operation added a line of serious desserts. The store in Grandview Heights has been extensively remodeled to create a huge kitchen and put in place a weekend breakfast and a daily lunch menu.
