Owners Guillermo Perez and Christell Gózzer signed a lease for 1456 West 5th Avenue this past Monday. The space is former home of bakery The French Loaf, which closed its doors in August 2015.

The couple, originally from Peru, opened the first Sí Señor in The Atlas Building in 2010 after a successful run at the Pearl Market. The restaurant relocated to its current home at 72 East Lynn Alley in 2013, following a burst pipe that flooded the original location. Their menu consists of Latin-infused Peruvian cuisine. Sandwiches, salads, soups and desserts are the main dishes on the menu. The new restaurant will be serving the same menu, along with the addition of a few new dishes.

Sí Señor’s business hours will be extended to all-day service, Monday – Sunday. The opening is slated for early Spring.
