Shadowbox Guitarist Heads to National Competition

If you’re attended a Shadowbox Live show sometime in the past two years, then you’ve probably found yourself impressed with the guitar skills of Dante Wehe, who performs with their house band, BillWho?. Dante recently entered the national 2010 Best in Shred Guitar Competition sponsored by Sam Ash, and has already won the local Columbus contest and took home first place in the regional finals in Chicago on December 8th.

Wehe will be headed to the national championship round in LA, which takes place on January 12th.

“Dante is one of the most naturally talented musicians I’ve ever heard,” said Stev Guyer, Shadowbox Live CEO and Executive Producer. “I have no doubt he’s going to blow Los Angeles out of the water.”

“I just hope he comes back afterward,” Guyer added with a smile.

Shadowbox Live will be moving from their Easton location to the Brewery District in the Summer of 2011. More information on the move can be found HERE.
