Columbus has so many new restaurants, expansions, menu updates and other changes, sometimes it’s hard to keep up with everything. That’s why our Restaurant Roundup series was designed to keep you informed with the latest and greatest updates. Here’s what’s new in the local dining scene:

Little Eater

The North Market original expanded to Clintonville in October. Now, Little Eater will add a breakfast menu, starting Friday, July 13.

Among the new choices are a selection of eggy dishes, toasts, and signature items complemented by a handful of vegetable sides. Guests can find a broccoli frittata, mushroom & shallot quiche and herb egg salad on the new menu; as well as the millennial favorite, avocado toast, and other varieties of toast including berry, banana, pistachio and ricotta. Some sweets round out the new offerings, including a carrot-coconut bundt, double chocolate banana bread, and a poached pear bran muffin, among others.

Little Eater breakfast will be available from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. on weekdays (Tuesday through Friday), and from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

Dan The Baker

As of July 7, Dan the Baker has expanded their days and hours of operation.

The bakery’s Grandview location at 1028 Ridge St. is now open from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Wednesday through Sunday.

With the expanded hours comes more offerings as well, including an “Ode to Saltie,” which puts Dan the Baker’s house made smoky aioli, organic Ohio beets, carrots, egg, herbs, olives, capers and feta all on top of their house baked focaccia.
