Wolf’s Ridge Brewing

The Downtown brewery, taproom and restaurant is hosting a new experimental beer and food dinner, dubbed “Wood & Bloom.”

Taking place in their new event space, the Hickory Room, Wood & Bloom offers six courses, each paired with a beer, complementing each other with either a wood or fruit element.

“From oak barrel-aged and wood-smoked beers, to dishes and brews that integrate fresh fruit in creative ways, this dinner is sure to delight the senses by reimagining how beer and food can come together,” the event page says.

At $115 per ticket (including gratuity), the event will take place from 6 to 8:30 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 28.
