Red Roof Moving Corporate Headquarters out of Columbus

Columbus-based Red Roof will soon be New Albany-based Red Roof, as the company has announced plans today to move out of their corporate offices in the Brewery District. The company’s new 43,000 square foot home will be located at 7815 Walton Parkway in the city of New Albany, just north of SR-161 and west of US-62.

“Red Roof is growing, both in number of properties and concepts,” stated Red Roof President Andrew Alexander. “To continue our momentum and achieve our aggressive growth plans we need to increase the size of our team. This new location gives us room to grow and allows us to bring our entire team under one roof.”

Red Roof has called the Brewery District home for the past ten years, with employees located in two separate buildings on South Front Street.

“While our home office may be departing the Brewery District location, we maintain our ties to the City of Columbus with five hotel properties employing more than 100 people in the city limits,” added Alexander.
