PromoWest Launching PromoWest Fest This Summer

The summer festival season in Columbus is getting a little bit busier in 2016. PromoWest Productions announced today the launch of PromoWest Fest, a new multi-day music extravaganza that will take place on multiple outdoor stages in the Arena District in July.

No lineup is being announced just yet, although something similar to the scale of Bunbury in Cincinnati could be expected. PromoWest Productions acquired Bunbury in late 2014, and programmed the 2015 installation of that event with The Black Keys, The Avett Brothers, Snoop Dogg, Tame Impala, The Decemberists, twenty one pilots, Walk the Moon, Matt and Kim, Bleachers, Father John Misty and a whole lot more.

“We are so excited to bring a fest to Columbus after our great success with Bunbury in Cincinnati and cannot wait for the lineup announcement,” said Marissa Luther, Marketing Director at PromoWest Productions.

Luther said that the lineup for PromoWest Fest would be coming in March, with Bunbury’s 2016 lineup planned for February.
