Pricing has been set and pre-leasing starts today for the Aston Place Apartments in Victorian Village. The 59-unit building at the corner of Third and Dennison Avenues will have 31 one-bedroom and 28 two-bedroom units.

The one-bedroom units, which range from 737 to 850 square feet, are priced from $1,225 to $1,450 a month, while the the two-bedroom units range from 985 to 1,227 square feet and will rent for between $1,550 and $1,910.

Developer Jason Snyder, of Snyder Barker Investments, expects the condo-level finishes, large windows and second-level 5,300 square foot courtyard to impress potential renters, but said that the real selling point is the location.

“Aston Place’s greatest amenity is the fact that it’s in the heart of the highly desired Victorian Village neighborhood,” he stated. “Yet it’s only a block away from High Street and all the attractions of the Short North.”

Snyder said that construction should wrap up on the apartment building by February. Construction recently began on ten for-sale townhome units, which will sit just south of the apartments.

More information on the project is available at www.liveaston.com.
