August 27, 2013 10:00 am

Pricing and floorplans for the apartments and townhomes of The Hub have been released, and applications are now being accepted from prospective renters. The mixed-use project at the corner of East Hubbard Avenue and North High Street, formerly called the Hubbard, will feature 67 one- and two-bedroom apartments and four two-bedroom townhomes. Already confirmed for the first floor retail spots are Snap Fitness, Melt Bar & Grilled, Paper Daisy Flower Boutique and a Fifth Third Bank branch.
The apartments, which will take up floors two through five of the corner building, range from 750 to 1,100 square feet and are priced from $1,475 to $1,650 a month.
The townhome units face Hubbard and are located in a narrow building that backs up to a 250-space public parking garage, which is also a part of the project. These units are three floors, a little over 1,600 square feet, and priced at $2,500 a month.
Both buildings are currently under construction with completion scheduled for this fall.
