    Plank’s Bier Garten Reopens This Week

    It’s the week of re-openings, with the latest being Plank’s Bier Garten in German Village. After enduring a fire in December 2016, the 50-year-old bar and restaurant closed with plans to reopen two months later. In a post on Facebook, Plank’s announced that they’d open their doors once again on Sunday, June 17.

    They’ll continue to serve their expansive menu that includes an array of burgers, sandwiches, pizza, soups and salads. They also have a variety of entrees, including weiner schnitzel, open-faced pot roast, and bratwurst, among others.

    Plank’s will operate from 12 to 10 p.m. on Sunday. Their kitchen closes at 9 p.m. On Monday through Thursday, they’re open from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., with the kitchen closing at 11 p.m.; and on Friday and Saturday, they’re open from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m., with the kitchen closing at 11 p.m.
