Photos: Walk the Moon at EXPRESS LIVE!

Dance-rockers Walk the Moon proved to be the perfect fit for a Pride weekend concert as the Cincinnati based quartet of Nicholas Petricca, Kevin Ray, Sean Waugaman and Eli Maiman brought their face paint tinged synth-pop to the outdoor stage of Express Live!

Currently touring on the back of their What If Nothing album, the band walked onstage right around 9:15 to the deafening welcome of a highly enthusiastic young crowd that had been basking in the early summer sun on the Express Live’s welcoming lawn.

Walk the Moon launched straight into album opener, ‘Press Restart’ and continued the good-vibes/good-fun evening with back-to-back sing and dance along hits.

Meg Myers provided the support for the evening. Oozing with superstar quality, the singer/songwriter delivered a highly engaging set of stripped down alt-rock packed full of attention grabbing vocals and dark moody guitars.
