Hugely influential thrash metal legends Slayer descended upon Columbus on Tuesday evening as the foursome’s (Tom Araya, Kerry King, Gary Holt and Paul Bostaph) long farewell brought aggressive flames, aggressive guitars and a lot of aggressive vocals to a packed Nationwide Arena.
Along for the ride on “The Final Campaign” were experimental funk-rockers, Primus and fellow metal vets, Ministry and Philip H. Anselmo & The Illegals.
