On Thursday, July 13 hundreds of local health fans dodged the rain and gathered together at Strongwater Food and Spirits! It was a great time with tons of delicious food, plenty of photo ops and many new connections made. A big thank you to all the local businesses who came out to show off their menus, products and services. Thanks to all our guests who participated in the event, we appreciate your support and enjoyed your company! Check out all the photos from the event below.
Food and drinks were sampled from: Fusian, Root 23, Pocket Produce, Ridiculously Good Salsa, Zest Juice Co., Food for Good Thought, Native Cold Press, Fronana – The Ice Cream for Everyone, Franklinton Gardens, Acre, Darista Dips, It’s All Natural, Graze, FUSIAN, Franklinton Farms and Boline Apothecary.
Guests enjoyed a yoga session from PAI Yoga; skincare samples from Balm Skincare; massages by Open Sky Day Spa; a photobooth by Trapped Columbus; and plant fun with Planthropy and Hygrowponics.
An extra special thank you to the CU team that helped make this event happen: Codi Giesey, Jon Mitchell, Christine Horvath, Brent Warren and Anne and Walker Evans. I am so lucky to work with such a wonderful group of people who are willing to help make each event better then the next. All of the attendees of the event helped us raise funds for The Godman Guild. The Columbus Underground event series has been raising money for local charities since launching in August 2014.
