The 2016 edition of the HighBall Halloween festival kicked off last night, and despite colder temperatures, costumed fans still turned out in droves. Some of the best costumes — both on the stage and off the stage — have been captured in the photo gallery below for your viewing pleasure. The party continues tonight from 4pm to midnight!
